Malin Sahlin

Malin is working full-time as a Forest campaigner and project leader of Threatened Forests at the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation. She has a diverse background as a riding instructor, wilderness guide in Alaska, dog sled driver and ecotourism entrepreneur. The interest in nature dates back to her childhood and she still lives to be out in the forests and the mountains, on skis, with the dogs or climbing. After taking her biology degree, she worked locally with forest issues in her home municipality Åre, where the greatest threat is the big tourism exploiters.
