Anders Dahlberg

Works part-time as a mycologist at the Swedish Species Information Centre with conservation focus on the occurrence and ecology of fungi. Is together with the Swedish Species Information Centre’s expert committee, responsible for the Red List of fungi. Also works with forest issues and tries to, among other things, compile and generate knowledge about environmental requirements and population dynamics of forest-living species in general and red-listed species in particular. Is passionately interested of the ecology of fungi; why are they where they are and what do they do? Part-time researcher at the Department of Forest Mycology and Pathology at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala, doing research on, among other things, question formulations regarding mycorrhizal fungi in coniferous forest, the impact of forest management on fungi, population dynamics of wood-living fungi on spruce and mycorrhizal fungi, and fungi in the Arctic.
